Holiday rental La Grande Motte

Our new Design holiday rental in La Grande Motte. After a complete renovation in 2023 you can rent this beautiful holiday studio with its south-facing terrace. This is your host Ursula`s first project as a designer. In spring 2023 she finished her studies in interior design. www.uny.design

This holiday rental is equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful residential building in the La Petite Motte district of La Grande Motte. When arriving in the secure residence you park your car on the private parking space that is reserved for you.

The holiday rental is designed in the style of a studio apartment. It is designed for a couple or a solotraveller. We have provided a sofa bed if there are 3 of you. We can provide a cot. Pets are not allowed.

The bedroom is separated by panels and curtains. There is a sitting area with a sofa bed in the new veranda, a beautiful antique table and chairs, a real kitchen by Nolte and a small bathroom in total terrazzo look. The highlight is the private terrace with table and chairs and, of course, a comfortable lounger. From April to the end of October, you can sit out in the sun and enjoy your lunch.

In the bedroom area, there is a comfortable 140x190cm double bed with a very good mattress.

The bathroom with shower/bath, WC and washbasin is small but has everything you need.

Prepare simple meals in your beautiful fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. In top of that, you have the pleasure of drinking your coffee and preparing your meals in my grandmother’s tableware.

You’ll find some basic groceries like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and of course dishwashing detergent and kitchen linen.

Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge, and there is also a small desk to set up your own homeworking corner.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is available.

We only rent out this Design holiday rental in La Grande Motte on an occasional basis to selected clients in whom we have 100% confidence. We are cautious because this studio contains objects, art and furniture that are of great personal value to us. Clients who also appreciate beautiful tableware and an antique table will appreciate it and treat it accordingly. It’s certainly not a museum. But we have to use common sense and avoid damage. After all, this is our personal winter residence when we have no guests at Envie de Sud.
