Review of the year 2017
On New Year’s Eve a year ago, we were in the middle of the preparatory work for our Maison d’ hôtes project “Envie de Sud”. Get out of the comfort zone and into adventure. Let’s go into a life together according to our rhythm and gain life long experience.
And that’s exactly what happened: The sun showed up on more than 300 days, we shared our beautiful home with exciting guests and we learned a lot: How do I clean a swimming pool? How often do I have to water an olive tree? How do I repair a faucet? How do I renew a silicone joint? Which Cerfa form do I need to apply for an operating license?
Now, at year’s end, we are looking forward to a successful future for the Maison d’ hôtes Envie de Sud! And to the fact that we will welcome you soon to our home. We wish you every success in 2018 and above that good health for you and your loved ones.
And remember, dreaming about the South (or your own project) is important and great, but only taking action towards your dreams brings the desired change. If you wish, we’ll help you sort your thoughts out. You know where to find us.

Redesign of the entrance area
Two flies in one sweep: We bring more light and functionality to the entrance and dining area. We create a place where you like to stay in the cooler months. For example, at the long table for a convivial dinner at the Table d’ Hôtes or for card games or reading.
Event tip for athletes: Foulée des Halles on Sunday, 4 February 2018 in Vauvert
New Year and you want to do more sports? Participation in the Foulée des Halles is also a realistic stage goal for athletes with little training. We make sure that you are well strengthened and rested at the start. Our latest hit at the breakfast table is Green Smoothies. Rich in vitamins, minerals and vegetable fats. Treat yourself to an extra kick before the start.
